Please allow up to 7 business days for processing(this does not include holidays or weekends). We are not Amazon. We are a small family owned business. All of our products are handmade(unless otherwise stated). We see an influx of orders during certain times of the year. We are also full time traveling vendors. If you need your item by a specific date please reach out to us before placing an order.
Orders will not be processed until they are paid in full. Custom orders must be approved and paid before we fulfill.
You will receive tracking information for your order. We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX for shipping.
LOCAL PICK UP
We do offer local pick up at our farm in Newville, PA. We ask that you wait for your "order ready" notification BEFORE coming to pick up. We do not offer delivery or public meet up at this time. When you receive your pick up notification please follow the pick up instructions. Your item will be out for pick up with your name on it. We do have cameras so please do not worry about the safety of your item. We are a working farm! Please use caution when pulling in/out of our driveway/parking area.
PICKING UP AT AN EVENT
If you will be attending an event we are set up at you may select the local pick up option at check out. Please leave the event name and day of pick up in the notes section. If for some reason you need to have the items shipped we will send an invoice for shipping cost.
